Silvana Caruana is an Assistant Head of School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics and Physics), a Post-Graduate Certificate in Educational Mentoring (University of Malta) and an M.Sc. in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour (Dublin City University).  Following vast experience in the classroom as a teacher, as a member of the School Leadership Team, she is directly involved in organisational changes, in the implementation of new strategic policies and in dealing with different stakeholders in the field of education.  Silvana has years of experience in mentoring prospective, and newly qualified, educators.
