Kenneth Farrugia

Kenneth Farrugia is a business sustainability coach, OpEx consultant, and founder of Authentic Way. He earned his MBA at the Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS), where his dissertation on business sustainability led to the publication of Breaking the Cycle in the EAWOP inPractice Journal. This empirical paper underscores the critical importance of prioritising employee wellbeing to address workplace burnout and foster a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, lean transformation, and coaching, Kenneth demonstrates how organisations can build truly sustainable environments by implementing evidence-based strategies such as workload management, fair compensation, and flexible work arrangements. His work reframes sustainability beyond environmental and financial metrics, showing that when companies invest in holistic fulfilment, they unlock higher productivity, greater resilience, and more engaged teams, redefining success for both individuals and businesses.

Drawing on his empirical insights and in collaboration with Infinite Potential, Kenneth has crafted a systemic model that weaves together purpose, people, processes, and performance into a coherent framework for long-term value creation. At Authentic Way, he partners with organisations and individuals to embed regenerative thinking and authentic leadership at the heart of their operations, forging cultures that thrive in complexity and deliver sustained wellbeing.
