Alison Grech

Alison is a strong believer in continuous learning, growth and development and her passion is assisting people in achieving their goals.

She has graduated in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Private and Public Management followed by a Masters in Psychology of Work with the University of Leicester. Read for a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and is a PRISM practitioner.

Following her degree she joined MISCO and launched herself in recruitment whilst also having the opportunity to deliver training and participated in an outsourcing programme. She then joined KONNEKT at its inception supporting with its growth. With a focus on recruitment she assisted clients operating in different industries and candidates from all walks of life on different roles and positions, seeing to their requirements investing in the long term relationship. Alison then had the opportunity of working as Head of Unit – HR within a banking institution, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, training and development, coaching, performance appraisals, employee relations and more. She currently holds the role of Director of HR within the Hospitality Industry.
