Joseph Ludwig Cassar is a Senior Public Officer holding a Degree in Business Management & Public Policy and a Masters Degree in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Malta. He started his professional career in the Local Councils way back in 2001 where he served as Executive Secretary for nine years. Then, he moved into the administration of sports for six years till 2016 and now he holds a senior managerial role in a Government department.
