Laura Sue Armeni


Laura Sue Armeni is an experienced lecturer, psychotherapist, and business consultant. With a diverse background across multiple sectors, Laura combines academic expertise with practical business insights, bringing real-world perspectives and industry-relevant knowledge into the classroom. She has also been independently engaged in developing modules and curricula for degree and master’s programs, ensuring a high standard of education aligned with industry demands.
Her strengths lie in operations management, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational behaviours, human resources, risk and project management. As a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Occupational Psychologist, Laura leverages her extensive knowledge to enhance organizational performance and individual well-being. She regularly delivers lectures that foster critical thinking and leadership in her students.
Laura holds master’s degrees in Occupational Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy and is dedicated to bridging theory and practice. In addition to her teaching and curriculum development, she contributes actively to research and innovation in her fields of expertise and is a partner at one of Malta’s leading private Mental Health and Wellbeing service providers.
