Lara Farrugia

I began my academic journey with a B.A. in Italian and Psychology, driven by a strong passion for languages. Although I initially intended to pursue further studies in Italian, I soon realised that my true passion lay in Psychology, which led me to complete a Higher Diploma in Psychology and later an MSc in Occupational Psychology with Coventry University.

Since 2019, I’ve been part of Mdina Partners, working on HR advisory, recruitment, employee research, and training delivery.

I'm particularly passionate about mental health and individual development. I’m a certified Mental Health First Aider and a PRISM Brain Mapping practitioner, using this tool to support individuals in building self-awareness and reaching their potential.

I enjoy operating at the intersection of psychology and business to better understand organisational culture and support continuous growth. I bring a mix of experience, energy, and passion to the team along with a strong belief in the power of people to shape thriving workplaces.
