Brian Zahra, DBA

Brian is an experienced Management Consultant specialising in leadership development, organisational behaviour, business development, operations, corporate governance, compliance and operational risk management. He was involved in building teams, managing change, and designing systems, and has extensive experience in developing and leading multiple teams, mentoring and coaching.  

Brian is coming from a diverse background spanning more than twenty-five years, having held executive positions in both the public and private sectors in Malta and abroad namely in the Malta Police Force, Transport Malta, Corinthia Hotels, and the Ministry for Finance. At present, he serves as a trusted advisor at executive level. He is also a lecturer at the Department of Criminology at the University of Malta.

Brian obtained a Certificate in Policing from the University of Malta in 2004, a Public and Private Sector Management Honours Degree from the University of Malta in 2004, a Master of Science in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester in 2008, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University in 2024, specialising in leadership, organisational behaviour and change management.
