Brian Bartolo


Brian Bartolo is a Strategic Marketing professional with over 31 years in the airline and hospitality industries. He specialises in Business Transformation, revenue management, optimisation of distribution channels, customer experience and customer loyalty, database management and spearheading organisational change.
At an academic level, Brian graduated with an Honours Degree in Banking & Finance at the University of Malta (1994), an MBA from Henley Business School (2004) and Masters in Business Ethics (2014) from Univerity of Malta. For the past 20 years, Brian has been lecturing Management modules specialising in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, Personal Development and Finance Management. Brian's approach to lecturing is to merge practical business experience with academia, helping the student to appreciate the relevance of the business tools being presented in the lecture room and how they can be adopted in one's organisational environment.
Brian is currently Director of Sales and Marketing at Radisson Blu Golden Sands Resort & Spa.
