Dr. Georgina Fardoe


Dr Georgina Fardoe is an education consultant, published author, and senior leader with extensive expertise across early childhood, further, and higher education. Originally from the UK and based in Malta since 2013, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Child & Family Psychology from the University of Chester, and a PhD in Education from the University of Sheffield. She is the Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Malta’s first professional consultancy dedicated to early years education, where she leads projects involving the planning, licensing, and quality assurance of ECEC centres. She has developed various MFHEA-accredited vocational programmes and regularly delivers keynote talks and training at national conventions. Dr Fardoe brings a strong leadership ethos to her consultancy—emphasising vision, collaboration, and sustainable impact. In higher education, she applies a learner-centred teaching approach, recognising adult students’ life experiences and guiding them toward deeper self-awareness, critical thinking, and professional growth.
