Manuel is an accomplished Academic Support Executive at Knights, bringing a diverse background in sales, marketing, and international education. His career began in the fast-paced world of FMCG, where he worked as a Sales Representative and gained valuable experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and high-volume sales environments. This early experience laid the foundation for his strategic and results-driven approach to student support and engagement.

Manuel joined Knights as a Sales and Marketing Apprentice and, within just two years, progressed into executive roles within the institution. His promotion to Academic Support Executive reflects his commitment to excellence, adaptability, and passion for education. In his current role, he plays a central part in enhancing the academic experience for students, providing tailored support, fostering academic success, and collaborating with departments to deliver a cohesive and student-focused environment.

He has also been instrumental in supporting international admissions and refining marketing strategies that align with student needs and institutional goals. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Knights, along with an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Business Studies from MCAST. His academic background has been key to developing effective communication strategies and building strong relationships across diverse educational settings.

As Academic Support Executive, Manuel works closely with both prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a seamless academic journey and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. His dedication to student success is matched by his ability to bridge academic and administrative functions effectively.

Outside of work, Manuel is a passionate traveller who enjoys discovering new cultures and perspectives. His international outlook and love of exploration continue to shape his professional ethos and inspire his work in global education.
