Kristina Galea Borg

Kristina Galea Borg brings a unique blend of educational insight and practical business experience to Knights College. After earning her undergraduate degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Malta in 1998, Kristina also shared her knowledge as an English Literature and Linguistics lecturer at St. Aloysius’ College Sixth Form.

Her journey took a new direction when a personal business venture sparked a strong interest in the business world. Driven to understand the global landscape, she pursued an M.Sc. in International Management at the University of Sussex, graduating at the top of her class. This step allowed her to combine her teaching background with a growing understanding of global business.

Returning to Malta, Kristina spent over a decade at EF International Language Campuses, first as Director of Studies and later as Director of Academics. In these roles, she worked to shape academic programmes and support staff, always with an eye toward improving student experiences and outcomes.

In January 2023, Kristina embraced the opportunity to lead Knights College as School Principal. Here, she's focused on working with her team to develop business education programmes that meet the current demands of the professional world and build a strong foundation of academic excellence.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys time with her wife and two young sons, finding balance in family life. She's also a keen football fan, enjoys music, and loves to travel, all of which help her stay refreshed and ready for new challenges.

Kristina remains committed to making a positive impact through leadership and a belief in continuous learning.
