Manas is currently serving as an Operations Executive at Knights College, where he is responsible for overseeing key academic and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and institutional excellence. In this capacity, he focuses on optimising internal processes, enhancing student services, and fostering an environment that upholds academic integrity while supporting student success.
His professional background spans diverse roles across education, administration, and customer service. Prior to joining Knights College, Manas served as a Front Office Receptionist at Aarjay Tech Engineering Contractors and as a Phone Banking Officer at FedServ, where he built a strong foundation in client relations, compliance, and operational support.
Academically, Manas holds a Level 5 Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management from the Frankfinn Institute, as well as an Undergraduate Diploma in Hospitality from IDEA College. He is currently pursuing an Undergraduate Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance and will soon commence a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance at Knights College. This combination of qualifications has provided him with a well-rounded skill set spanning hospitality, compliance, operations, and finance enabling him to approach higher education management with both depth and versatility.
