Daniela Callus

Daniela Callus is passionate about opening doors to education and guiding students toward brighter futures. As the Business Development and Student Recruitment Manager at Knights College, Daniela draws on her own journey as a Knights graduate and her MBA in Educational Leadership (awarded in partnership with Coventry University) to inspire and support others every step of the way. Her academic research, including a thesis focused on the internationalisation of higher education institutions, has deepened her understanding of the global landscape of education and informs her approach to student recruitment and partnership building.

With years of experience across the education sector, Daniela has developed and led innovative recruitment campaigns, built strategic partnerships with academic and industry leaders, and championed initiatives that promote opportunity and inclusion. Her work is shaped by a deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations that students face, both locally and internationally.

At Knights College, Daniela works hand in hand with the team to ensure that programmes remain relevant, forward-thinking, and responsive to the needs of today’s learners. Whether she’s designing outreach activities, representing the college at events, or creating pathways for students from all backgrounds, Daniela is committed to making each student’s experience as rewarding and transformative as possible.
