The Government Will Fund Your MBA

The Government Will Fund Your MBA.
TESS Scholarship 2026 is coming. Our MBA and Executive DBA qualify. Here's how to be first in line.
What is TESS?
Every year, the Malta Government allocates millions to fund postgraduate education through the Tertiary Education Scholarships Scheme (TESS). It exists for one purpose: to put the right qualified people into the Maltese labour market.
It covers tuition fees for MQF Level 7 and MQF Level 8 programmes at accredited institutions.
Open to Maltese citizens and eligible EU nationals. Part-time and distance learning included.
The 2026 call is expected to open in April. The window will close in approximately five weeks.

FAQ Section
Are the Knights MBA and DBA eligible for TESS 2026?
Yes. Both are MFHEA-accredited qualifications at MQF Level 7 (MBA) and MQF Level 8 (DBA), the exact levels the TESS scheme is designed to fund.
I already have an MBA. Can I apply for TESS for the DBA?
Yes. TESS eligibility requires that you do not already hold a qualification at the same level you're applying for. An MBA is MQF Level 7. The DBA is MQF Level 8. You're eligible.
What does TESS actually cover?
Based on previous calls, TESS covers tuition fees in full. Additional allowances may apply depending on your circumstances. Full regulations are published at myscholarship.gov.mt when the call opens.
Can I apply to TESS if I'm employed full-time?
Yes, for part-time and work-based programmes. The Knights MBA is delivered through weekend seminars, specifically designed for working professionals.
What if I miss the TESS deadline?
Malta Enterprise's Get Qualified scheme offers a 70% tax credit on tuition fees for eligible programmes. It applies to both our MBA and DBA. Contact us and we'll walk you through it.
How quickly can I get a Letter of Acceptance from Knights?
48 hours from a complete application submission.
