Knights Supports Future Leaders Through Real-World Learning Opportunities

At Knights, we are proud to support initiatives that empower young minds through meaningful, real-world experiences. As part of our commitment to holistic, future-ready education, our Knights Sixth Form students are actively participating in the Leaders for a Day programme, an inspiring initiative within the JA Company Programme.

Through this programme, students are gaining first-hand exposure to professional environments by shadowing business leaders at some of Malta’s most respected organisations, including Bigbon Group, BL Group, and the Institute for the Public Services Malta. These immersive visits provide them with valuable insights into leadership, management, and operational strategies across various sectors.

By stepping into the shoes of industry professionals, students are developing key entrepreneurial skills, building confidence, and learning how to navigate complex workplace dynamics. These experiences go beyond the classroom, reinforcing critical thinking, adaptability, and a proactive mindset - essential traits for future success in today’s competitive global landscape.
