Dr. Vivi Iliadou


Dr. Vivi Iliadou is a distinguished leader in Learning and Development with a proven track record of driving strategic transformation, enhancing organisational performance, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. In her current role as Deputy Head of the School of Management she collaborates closely with the Academic Dean and Head of School to shape strategic planning and decision-making, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives that have contributed to a 96% employee satisfaction rate and significantly reduced turnover.
Dr. Iliadou has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive learning and development programmes tailored for management and staff, resulting in enhanced faculty capabilities, improved student outcomes, and a thriving culture of continuous professional growth.
