As a Student Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students find the right path — from their first enquiry to successful enrolment. You’ll be a key member of the business development team and will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and supportive student onboarding experience. You will report directly to the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)

1. Support Prospective Students on Their Journey

  • Build meaningful connections with prospective students, helping them explore their options and choose the programme that best fits their goals.
  • Provide accurate and engaging information about Knights College programmes, entry requirements, and career prospects.  
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process with care and professionalism.

2. Drive Enrolments & Strategic Growth

  • Actively promote Knights College academic programmes.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective students to meet enrolment targets.
  • Balance short-term conversion goals with long-term institutional growth — understanding that not every lead fits the bigger picture.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and outreach.

3. Knights College Ambassador & Outreach

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events that attract interest and increase visibility.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Knights College - approachable, informed, and aligned with our values.
  • Represent Knights College professionally and naturally during networking events, including evening socials and drinks.
  • Deliver presentations in schools, during open days, and at education fairs or public events.

4. Data Analysis & Optimisation

  • Monitor sales and outreach metrics and suggest ways to optimise strategies based on insights.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, enrolment, or client-facing role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • A genuine interest in education and a people-first approach to engagement.
  • Experience in an educational setting is considered an asset.

Skills to Succeed

  • Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of an audience.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing Knights College in both formal and social contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Organised and proactive - able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable - this is not a typical 9 to 5 role and will require occasional evening or weekend availability.
  • A results-oriented mindset paired with an appreciation for long-term strategy.
  • Willingness to grow and evolve in a dynamic environment.
