As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our internal systems and processes are implemented efficiently, that customer care is consistently prioritised, and that all deadlines are met across various departments.  

You will report to the School Principal or designated Line Manager, working closely with various teams across Knights College.

Responsibilities

Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)

1. Operational Efficiency & System Implementation

  • Work within or across departments to support the efficient implementation and optimisation of operational systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the roll-out and adoption of new operational tools, software, or processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal operations, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
    2. Customer Care & Stakeholder Support
  • Ensure that customer care remains a top priority in all operational interactions, providing timely and professional support to students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational queries, resolving issues effectively and escalating when necessary.
  • Gather feedback on operational processes to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

    3. Deadline Management & Coordination
  • Meticulously track and ensure adherence to critical deadlines across various operational tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate activities between departments to ensure seamless execution of inter-departmental processes.
  • Prepare and maintain clear records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities and deadlines.

    4. General Administrative Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to departments as required, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis related to operational performance.

Education and Experience

  • A Diploma (MQF Level 5) in Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role, ideally within an educational or service-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience in prioritising tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
