
Executive Support Co-ordinator
Overview
Knights College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Co-ordinator to provide dedicated secretarial, administrative, and coordination support across the College’s core operations and projects.
This pivotal role works closely with senior management, academic teams, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Role responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management on key initiatives.
- Assist with group-related matters across multiple projects and companies.
- Handle administrative and learner-related tasks for our international centres.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and partner activities.
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely responses.
- Prepare and submit documentation for various applications when required.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams, reporting directly to the Principal and CEO.
Education and Experience
We’re looking for someone with
- MQF Level 5 qualification or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a secretarial, administrative, or coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Maltese is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Dropbox).
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
