Designed by expert educators and industry leaders, the Master of Business Administration in HR Management is specifically designed for those who aim to pursue a career in the field of human resource management. This programme will help you develop an advanced level of knowledge and understanding related to the human resource management function in organisations.

Mixing theory and practice, the Master of Business Administration in HR Management programme offers you the opportunity for in-depth study of organisations and the management of work. By the end of this programme, you’ll have an understanding of, and be able to critically evaluate how organisational and HR strategies are shaped and developed in response to internal and external environmental factors. You will display a critical understanding of professional practice in human resource management, informed by an international outlook and strong social awareness.

Upon completion of the programme, students will also earn two globally recognised qualifications from Knights College and Coventry University.

Mode of Assessment

A mixed-method assessment approach will be utilised for this programme. This will include time-constrained assessments, critical essays, project work and thesis.

In this module, learners will gain a solid understanding of how businesses operate, what the key levers to sustainable and successful performance are, and how they can be applied, controlled and monitored.

This module shall provide students with the necessary skills, knowledge and autonomy to be able to conduct business research in a way that is clear, understandable and ethically correct. In this module, learners will learn how to effectively conduct research within a business context at their place of work.

Strategic Marketing
This module is designed to enable practicing managers to understand the complexities of the contemporary marketplace and make effective strategic and tactical decisions to provide value for both their customers and organisations. This module shall allow the learner to understand the role of continuous professional development of the human resource within organisations. This unit is designed to support learners in their understanding of the role of Human Resource Management within an organisational set-up.
