The MQF Level 5 Foundation Degree in Business Management (Top-up) equips you with leadership skills to excel in people management and guide individuals, teams, and organisations to success through effective business practices. This programme prepares students to tackle real-world business challenges and make a significant impact in their chosen career path.

Learners will learn how to:

  • Define and critically discuss the term business and the different types of organisations found in the business industry

Mode of Assessment

The course shall be assessed through the use of an assignment based on the theoretical concepts presented during the lectures and ways of implementing said concepts and theories. These assessments will include group assignments, group presentations, individual assignments and individual presentations.

The BSc in Business Management (Top-up) is intended for those who are aged 21+ and aspire to work or are already working as team leaders or managers.

Entry Requirements

The below are the requested entry requirements

Applicants should hold:

  • A Diploma in a related field pegged at MQF Level 4 or equivalent OR;
  • A Matriculation certificate with at least 2 A-levels & 3 Intermediate OR;
  • Mature Student OR;
  • A MATSEC certificate with Grade 5 or better in English, Maltese and Mathematics together with at least 5 years of experience working within a business setting.
