Practical case studies further enhance the learning experience by demonstrating how risk management principles are applied across diverse project scenarios.
A mixed-method assessment approach will be utilised for this programme. This will include the use of a group project (30 %) and an assignment (70 %).
This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ involved in project management who want to develop practical skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, particularly those responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully despite uncertainty and potential challenges.
