This module introduces learners to reflective practice, a vital skill for effective management, with a focus on health management contexts. It provides a structured environment for applying the knowledge, skills, and competences gained through work-based learning. Learners will actively engage with real-world scenarios while working towards achieving the module’s key learning outcomes.

The Award in Reflective Practice in Health Management is intended for those who are aged 21+ and is designed for students and professionals in health and management fields who want to develop reflective practice skills, apply their knowledge in real-world settings, and enhance their effectiveness in organisational and health management roles.


Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and have 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command of written English is required.
