It explores the nature of change, its impact on project objectives, teams, and stakeholders, and the strategies needed to successfully plan, implement, and sustain change. By developing a structured approach to change management, learners will be better prepared to lead projects through uncertainty, respond to challenges, and support successful project outcomes.
A mixed-method assessment approach will be utilised for this programme. This will include the use of a presentation (30 %), an assignment (50 %) and group project (20 %).
This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ involved in project management who wish to develop the skills needed to manage and lead change effectively within project-based environments, particularly those responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders through change and uncertainty.


Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and have 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command of written English is required.
