

Award in Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management

This module introduces the critical components, strategies, and challenges involved in managing modern supply chains, equipping learners with the knowledge needed to understand how supply chains operate within both local and global contexts. Through a balanced mix of theory and practical application, learners will develop the ability to analyse, design, and optimise integrated supply chain systems across a range of organisational settings.
By the end of the module, learners will have the skills and insight required to support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and contribute effectively to supply chain planning and management in today’s dynamic business environment.
A mixed-method assessment approach will be utilised for this programme. This will include the use of a presentation (30 %) and an assignment (70 %).
This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ and are seeking to understand, analyse, and improve supply chains in both local and global contexts.


Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and have 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command of written English is required.
