Coaching and mentoring are crucial for the enhanced performance of individuals and teams within organisations. In this award, learners will learn the various models and tools that can be implemented to harness one’s coaching skills and effectively coach individuals and teams in the workplace.
The Award in Coaching and Mentoring tackles topics such as management performance, conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills. Students who enrol in this course will further develop their management skills, improve overall productivity and efficiency, increase confidence, and lead more productive teams.
A work-based learning project will be utilised to assess students for this programme.
This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ and aspire to work or are already working as coaches or mentors.
Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and have 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command of written English is required.
